We only go here when our primary's aren't open. I called yesterday to see if I needed an appointment to get a flu shot for my son or if we can just walk in. So I take my son to the clinic and they asked if we had an appointment. I said no, I called to ask about needing one for a flu shot. She said she wasn't sure they could fit us in.

I asked what it's for and she is unable to tell me. She asked if the address on my license is the correct one and I said yes. The address was different in the system, so she said that's probably why I never got a bill. We have been to this location a handful of times since we lived at the previous address and were never turned away. How can you ask someone to pay a 7 year old bill that you don't even know what it's for? I have been to this clinic too many times to recall with my family.
